Make life easier !

Until now, reporting a change of address was time-consuming and tedious,
not to mention inconvenient.

Any change of address had to be reported to several administrative departments or offices.

But now, you can report to just one office, which will in turn notify all other departments :

    Documents to be produced for the renewal of your residence permit :
    - Deed of ownership or lease ;
    - For lodgers : an accommodation certificate to be completed on site + the deed of ownership of the person providing you accommodation ;
    - The last 2 electricity bills ;
    - Your passport or identity card for French citizens.

    Documents to be produced for the renewal of your identity card :
    - 2 colour passport photos, full-face and recent (not from a photo booth) ;
    - 1 proof of profession
    - Your old identity card

    List of services or institutions that may be informed of your change of address

    - Service des Parkings Publics (Public car park services) (car park season tickets…) ;
    - Service des Titres de Circulation (Traffic permit service) (driving licence, vehicle registration documents, technical visits …) ;
    - Caisses Sociales (Social Funds) (medical, family and pension allowances) ;
    - Direction de l’Expansion Economique (Department of Economic Expansion) (commercial activities, industrial and intellectual property) ;
    - Mairie (City Hall) (Home care, social welfare …) ;
    - Direction des Affaires Maritimes (Department of Maritime Affairs) (driving licence, boat registration documents) ;
    - Direction des Communications Electroniques (Office of Electronic Communications) (radio licence, satellite dish …) ;
    - Journal de Monaco (subscriptions to the official bulletin) ;
    - la Poste (Post Office) (toll service).

    If you have children in school in the Principality, if you are a grant holder student, if you are a teacher or a member of the non teaching staff :

    - Department of National Education, Youth and Sports specifying the name of the school concerned.

    If you are a civil servant or public sector employee :

    - Department of Civil Service and Human Resources (employment, benefits, lodging…) ;
    - State medical benefits department (medical, family allowances) ;
    - Department of Budget and Treasury.

    If you are a tenant of the State :

    - Administration of State Property.


    Once completed, your form will be sent to the Administrative Information Centre in charge of forwarding the information to the addressees you have selected.

    You will receive acknowledgement of receipt by post, telephone or email, depending on the method of contact chosen (your telephone number or e-mail address will only be used within the framework of the procedure concerned).

    Certain services may get in touch with you in order to provide you with information concerning formalities resulting from your change of address.

    In application of law n° 1.165 of 23rd December 1993 regulating the processing of personal data, you are entitled to access or amend data that concerns you. This right may be exerted in the Administrative Information Centre.
